The Nassau County Traffic & Parking Violations Agency handles the vast majority of traffic tickets that are issued to motorists in Nassau County, NY. NCTPVA is located at 16 Cooper Street, Hempstead, NY. The Agency is open Monday through Friday. Doors open at 8:30 am and close 4 pm. Entry into the courtroom is permitted from 9 am to 11:15 am and 2 pm to 3:15 pm. The Agency is also open on the second Wednesday of each month from 5:30 pm until 7:30 pm.
